2Mbps = 384 Kbps
I have just learnt that my 2Mbps line is being throttled at 384Kbps. The call centre agent is unable to provide any detail of websites visited and the source of large downloads in order for me to manage the situation. Windows 10 upgrades, patch downloads, MS Office installations are all Internet based nowadays.

It this an MWEB marketing strategy to force people to upgrade to higher-end packages?
