2500 TO MOVE A LINE!!!!!

Sad sad they about to loose another client.... Please explain to me why they would want to charge R2500 to move a line from Durban to Pta for us?????? And also charge R2500 if we wish to cancel the subscription??? Don't they have offices in Pta?? I mean sure charge a reasonable fee to move clients lines.... It's not like we choose to move house we have to for work ... But we will rather choose a new provider now as you are being ridiculous with the moving fee... And telkom offers 3 moves per year for free... So sad coz the set up was easy and fast... Service we got now was completely ridiculous!!
