25% Subscription Increase twice in 6 months

Have sent them 3 requests for feedback without response. They increase premiums when they feel like it. They've increased my subscription twice in the last 6 months (Dec 2020 by R50.00 and now again from June R50.00). So once they had me signed up at R399.00pm, they now feel it is OK to just increase the subscription when it suits them!!!! 25%. increase twice in 6 months.
