We almost cancelled our while thing with Mweb as we spent about R500 phoning these people to activate our rooter since the 19th of December to 27th, today on the 27th we spoke to 2 guys that helped alot that did not put the phone down in our ears we had HIRSCH he is in sales that actually went to installation got our installation certificate and phoned us back the whole time and he got our internet working, we spoke to MONDRE' in technical that also quickly helped us with the set up. MWEB, YOU NEED MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE THEM, THANK YOU TO THE 2 GENTLEMEN FOR ASSISTING IS! Because of you 2 my husband wont be bring the router to headoffice and cancel.
