***2 Paid on the 29 Dec Sent pop on the 4th January Still say I’m owing R1148 Called on the 16 Jan was on hold for ten minutes without any assistance I’ve logged many queries on their app without anyone getting back to me the next thing month end they will be double debiting and then I’ll be struggling with refund. They haven’t gotten back to me since my previous review on the 9th Jan, this shows how much they don’t care. Now I’m in arrears, this will ruin my credit score and they won’t even help with rectify this BS they causing. I’m very disappointed!!!!!!
