2 months not free

Mweb has the worst customer service ever, they also false advertise that they offer 2 months free and then bill you immediately after installation and debit your account. When i called to query it they say they can't help me because it isn't showing on my account that it is 2 months free and then I was told to speak to Zama Babayi or Ayeesha Abrahams because Zama initiated my contract and Ayeesha is her manager. I tried many times and can't be transferred to either of them n up till now have not received any calls. Pathetic service especially for first time customers not to mention the fact that false advertising goes against the Consumer Protection Act.
