+-2 months for fibre installation!

15 May my application for fibre installation was approved by MWEB. to date no installation has taken place.

During the past +-2 months I received calls requesting proof of address which I have submitted on 3 different occasions, twice via email to different email addresses and once via the MWEB app.

it's almost 2 months and no further action on my application. I fully understand that a secondary line fibre installation takes longer than the initial application, but this is WAY TO LONG!!!!
