1.Double debiting without knowledge. 2.Failing to assist

I must say I'm troubled and disturbed to have spoken to nzulu stuma from mweb. Date 11.09 2020 time 09:47am

He failed to assist me!

Basically its a new contract I have with them. They sales guy who explained to me of the pro rata amount which I was comfortable with. Then they debited the pro rata as discussed. Thereafter following the first payment they debited double my installment, which delayed me from paying my rent they failed to help me. So I decided to take matters into my own hands. And went to the bank reversed that amount and pay the correct amount as discussed. Now I'm getting emails left right n centre stating I'm in arrears or a amount is over due etc. I feel like I'm not being harassed because you can't get hold of these people and they just want to transfer you if they can't help and u end up with people like nzulu stuma who just ended up me writing here.

Please listen to calls. And if I was told about this amount I'll go and pay it but if not I want to removed as if I'm in arrears and compensation for rest of this year for my time and patience spending holding and trying to fix something I didn't cause.
