15 DAYS OF CALLING MWEB - STILL NO INTERNET FIXED

I've been a customer of Mweb for a while. I've recently upgraded my Mweb speed from 25mb/25mb to 50mb/25mb.

Since beginning of thus month I've still waiting for my internet to work, ever since I upgraded, my internet is OFFLINE.

Contacted mweb sales, technical, everyone ..being transferred from pillar to post...finally someone will help , ask me to confirm this and that.

HOWEVER STILL GET TOLD WAIT A FEW MINUTES AND WILL WORK, EVERY CALL IS THE SAME SITUATION.

MWEB CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR

TAKES DAYS AND WEEKS JUST TO HAVE INTERNET???

I WISH I CAN GET HELP AND GET MY INTERNET WORKING FINALLY.
