100mb line?

The fibre line is supposed to be much more stable but we still receive dramatic drops in connection. Imagine, paying for a 100mb line and only receiving 12mb. I could rather just pay for a 10mb line if that's the case! R1000 p/m for 12mb line wow disgraceful.
