I signed up for fiber on the 21st of March with Mweb, they contracted openserve to come and do the installation which was done on the same day. A week later another person from openserve came to "feed" the signal and when he was done he said my connection was now active. But guess what? Openserve installed the wrong product which I am unable to use since it needs a router to work and the product I signed up for did not include a router. Please tell me now why I'm always calling Mweb to fix this issue for the past 3weeks with no action whatsoever. They even have the gall to put me on hold for over 15min then disconnect my calls. Then the cherry on top is they billed me and when I asked for a refund since I obviously haven't used their service they tell me they bill upfront. I wouldn't recommend Mweb or Openserve, if I knew I was going to get such below par service I wouldn't have bothered signing up.
