10 days and still no explanation from Mweb.

I don't even wat to give Mweb a 1 star rating. It has been 10 days since my complaint for taking money from my account. I just asked for an explanation and still no answer. I am extremely upset and wilk be going to all platforms to tell everyone about this horrible service. Onele and the complaints department are all no use. ***.
