1 hour on hold to cancel

I called mweb on the 15th to cancel my subscription after almost being with them for 6 years To no avail as it was a weekend I ended up using the live chat option and getting a ref number where I was told I would receive a call in max 2 days to conclude this. Its now been 4 days later and still notting so I decid3d to give them a call I am now hold for the past 55 min and still holding
