How does mweb operate. I have been using mweb for about 3 years. Cancelled end of June and now in september i get a debit order that goes off. Y

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We have tried unsuccessfully to contact you.
We have had a look into your account and see it was cancelled at the end of July ( the calendar months notice period).
The reason that a debit order went off in September is due to the out of Bundle charges incurred in the last month of your account ( July ). The out of bundle charges can only be calculated after month end.
