BAD SERVICE - MUNICIPAL WORKERS RETIREMENT FUND

my mother passsed away in june 2022- and was a member of this fund called municipal workers retirement fund and since her passing away it has been a struggle to get her pension death benefit, we have been taken from pillar to post. we struggle get through when we try calling to check progress. for the past week their lines goes straight to an answering machine because they are all still working from home in 2023. i was told that the matter was finalised and payment would be made within ten working days and those days have passed and i can't reach anyone to find out progress i even sent emails and none of the people i sent emails to bother to respond. this is terrible service from this company
