MWRF, poor service
I submitted my two pot application, i dont get any updates from them, their phone just rang,no answer. Their service is poor, i regret joining this MWRF. N i was told i cant change them. Everytime its a struggle with them, they dont assist at all.

Retirement fund
My father retired in april 2025,he did not even get a cent since he registered with them in 1998,all we get is still waiting for TAX DIRECTIVES,since may,We’ve been calling the lady who’s the administrator of the fund,she is not telling the truth as to what happend with his money,and the most frustrating thing is,you have to call everyday to get a feedback. Sometimes you dont get her on the phone,or they just dont answer. Last week I made contact with Faith again,she said she submitted everything but noticed that she submitted with the wrong tax number,but she didnt think of calling my dad to confirm it,until i made the call to check the process,can you imagine the pain of staying home hungry,with no plans while you know you expect money from all the years you’ve worked but all you get is empty promises, My father is not okay,he is deep in depression and all we have to do is wait for something thats not happening. Can someone explain to me,how the tax directives work,and if it makes sense to wait from april until now without any feedback.
