The stresses of transfers and registrations

Our experience with Velile N Tinto Law Firm, particularly the Kenilworth branch, was deeply disappointing. Throughout the process, communication was consistently lacking. We received very few updates and were repeatedly required to contact the firm ourselves simply to obtain basic information on the progress of our matter. Clients should not have to follow up continually to stay informed.

Our interactions with Alicia Knight and Anathi Kies left us feeling that client communication and service were not given the attention they deserved. The lack of proactive updates, transparency, and timely responses made an already stressful legal process even more frustrating. At times, it felt as though we were being sent in circles rather than receiving clear guidance and support.

A legal matter requires professionalism, accountability, and consistent communication to give clients confidence that their interests are being managed effectively. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. I hope this feedback encourages the firm to improve its communication practices and client service, as no client should feel the need to constantly chase updates on their own matter.
