Excellent customer care service

I would like to comment the excellent and professional customer care services I received from one of Muji VW Springs salespersons by the name of Simphiwe. She was very patient and understanding and handled my inquiry with utmost respect. Although I didn't find the vehicle I was looking for, I am still humbled by the service I got from them (honesty and transparency. Not many dealerships can come down to the level of the customer to understand their needs. I'm grateful!
