So much incompetence from Muji VW
On 29/05/2026 i sent my vw amarok for service, the dealership did service and recommended extra work. I paid R46000 for everything. A few weeks down the line theres a very bad mechanical sound when i start my car and theres smoke coming out. I called them and told them whats going on, they said i must bring the car back and i did. The next morning they called and said its my injectors, i told them they need to check everything they touched during service because i know for sure thats a mechanical sound not injectors. They insisted its injectors, i told them to close up my car ill take it fir second opinion. Now i took my car to someone else and they confirmed that its a tensioner that is making that noise and the water pump is leaking and theres proof that its a mechanical problem. THESE GUYS FROM MUJI VW DID A BAD JOB AND NOW I MUST PAY THE OTHER GUY R20000 TO FIX THEIR MESS. SO I PAID MUJI VW R46000 FOR THEM TO BREAK MY CAR. I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM EVER AGAIN, THEY MUST JUST PAY THE R20000 TO THE GUY WHO FIXED THEIR MESS.
