Waiting waiting

Since I've had my accident I've been waiting 2 weeks to get an assessment and be able to take my car in. This is with continually phoning and asking for feedback.<br> <br> First it took a while to load my claim. <br> Second I had to wait a few days for the person to phone and arrange an assessment.<br> Third I'm still waiting for the assessment to come back to me and tell me I can take my car in.<br> <br> This can't be normal.
