Insurance Claim Hassles!

I am extremely disappointed with the insurance company, I have had to wait three months for my vehicle repairs to be finalized and it still hasnt been sorted. I have had continued excuses from the panel beaters regarding the repairs and the insurance has not actively assisted

The clutch fell on impact in the accident and now the insurance is refusing to pay. The main reason my car had to be towed was due to the clutch falling and hence i couldn't drive it. The clutch issue was only identified on the day i was supposedly going to fetch my car. If the clutch was not in order prior to the accident i would not have been able to get into the accident in the first place. this is highly disappointing
