Goodbye and good riddance

My short term insurance is with MUA. What a mess. Recently the pc board on my fridge/freezer packed up. After endless irritation with Nex appliances it was established, with no help from Nex, that the part has to be imported from Japan. So I get quotes for a replacement - which is not as easy as it sounds because none of what is available is what I wanted. So I select what is the best of what is available which does not come close to what I had and send the quote and everything else to MUA. Only to be informed that their supplier would provide the appliance and, to add insult to injury, not at a better price than the quote I got from Tafelberg, but also I will now be the proud owner of a black fridge. I can only assume their supplier has a surplus of black fridges. I obviously refused to accept this. Then, after I had already instructed the broker that I was no longer interested in MUA someone reverses into my parked car. I am then told not to take it to a panel beater but to lodge a claim and they will send an assessor. Instead I got a whatsapp message with a list of photos I had to provide. And then a few days later a message to take my car to what I assume is their panel beater of choice. Being uncomfortable with the whole ridiculous process I then took it to my panel beater of choice who fixed it, free of charge, while I waited.
