CLAIM REJECTED

Guess what our claim was rejected, attached is the feedback we received from MUA legal via Telesure. According to the their client my husband was in the wrong. How is that when the driver of the other vehicle herself acknowledged that she was in a hurry and told my husband that her husband will take care of t he issue.
