ZTE Router with no 30GB as advertised.

I bought a ZTE router from Pick 'n pay. It was advertised with a free 30GB data till today I have not received the data after recharging with the R30 I was told to recharge it with. The lady from Pick 'n pay who assisted me has been avoiding me when I tell her that I have not received the data as yet. I don't know why one has to pay for something and not get it, after that you have to keep on calling or drive to the store just to lay a complain. I feel like South Africa is failing us. This days when I shop I always have complain with the service am getting.
