ZTE 5G dropping network all the time

I took out a month to month contract for the ZTE 5G wifi. Since last week the wifi keeps on disconnecting and when I call no one can assist. I'm working from home and need the wifi to work at all times. Southgate store said I must contact the head office. After calling every day still no response or any help
