Zinzi Langa from MTN wins award for worst customer service agent

Zinzi Langa from MTN was so rude to me, when I asked to speak to a supervisor because all she could tell me was "I don't know" and "You are a ****" she tells me that I don't need to speak to a supervisor. We have 8 contracts with MTN and because of Zinzi Langa, when they expire, I WILL NOT be renewing them. Luckily I recorded the call when she began interrupting me and when I played it back to my colleagues, they were all shocked at the lack of customer service from Zinzi. Thank you MTN for not making my day and thank you to Zinzi for making me realize that customer service is non-existent.
