I used MoMo for my car license disc on Feb 2nd, 3-5 working days being the required wait time till documents received. I have to date received nothing but vain sms's to the effect: "your renewal is taking longer than usual". My grace period is over now and I will have to pay penalties for late renewal. The number they provided did not engage nor did the link for chat live. When I finally spoke to them they said that both they & the department were updating systems. Since then it has been a matter of endless escalations and I m not confident if they will even reimburse my money. MTN MoMo deals online shopping a bad reputation.
