Zero wifi calling knowledge

So I have been waiting for a supervisor at MTN to call me back, still nothing since the last 4 hours. The reason being is that MTN agents themselves don't know what is "wifi calling" also known as Voice over LTE, its a service where you can use your WiFi to make normal calls instead of your airtime. I have spoken to two different departments...customer care and the coverage departments. I have spoken to 7 different agents in the last 48 hours and only 3 of them understood Voice over LTE(wifi calling) And they have tried to activate it but failed. Atleast those 3 knew something, the other didnt know what it was and couldnt assist and couldnt get hold of a supervisor. How can so many agents be so clueless about the product they are serving. I do not have this issue with vodocam...my wifi calling works fine There. I'll be moving over thanks.
