Zero understanding of customer care or customer relations!
I have never received such bad customer service from an organisation before in my life. MTN's insurance department is the most appalling department when it comes to helping customers. My cell phone was ****** two and a half weeks ago during the evening, the very next morning the phone was blacklisted, a case was opened and on the Monday a claim was put through. That was almost three weeks ago and we have yet to here a thing!!!!! A cell phone getting ****** is out of any ones control, but they way in which this is handled by an insurance provider can MOST definitely be controlled. MTN you have just shown the lack of customer care and how you as a company really do not care about the relationship you have with customers. I don't know hoe you expect people to do business or interact without a cell phone in this day and age but i bet you that if your CEO or any of your Top Management had a broken or ****** phone, and you were there insurance provider they would have this all sorted in less than a week, but then again they probably don't use MTN because they know of the complete disregard MTN has for there customers. Oh and this is not the first time i or many others have received such shocking customer service, and judging from the amount of bad reviews MTN has all over the internet it won't be the last. So disappointing.
