ZERO STARS!!!!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! I settled my contract in FULL in May 2022 just after 10 months of taking out the 3 year contract. To date Jan 2025 I have not received a settlement letter! MTN still reflects on my credit score as active with a nil balance. I’ve been to ALLLLL the stores in Durban! Driven even to TOTI and they ALL can’t help. I call only to be transferred to many consultants before they drop the call! I’ve emailed complaints, retentions, contracts! You’d think someone will help you in 3 years!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! I paid the early termination fee as well for disgusting service!
