Zero Star would've suffice

<p>So i took out this promotion contract from MTN on 21 December last year. After a long back and forth story I eventually received the phone in Feb. Worse part ever...IUp till now I still have not received the promotion data and minutes!! Which is the reason I decided to go to MTN in the first place, so by the way!!! I am ever sorry...Now I cannot get hold of anybody competant enough to sort this mess out... Being sent from on eplace to another!!! This is actually breach of contract from their side as I am not getting what I signed up for!!!! And If i dont pay than they want to hand you over forgetting that they are the ones who expect you to pay for something you do not get!!!</p>
