Zero star review, Mtn Norwood mall.

1-Star Review: MTN Shop – Norwood Mall I have to say, the MTN shop at Norwood Mall is hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve had in years. For the past four days, I’ve been trying to get something as simple as an eSIM, and every single day I arrived only to wait 45 minutes or more with absolutely no progress. Each time, I eventually had to leave because the service was just that terrible. What’s worse is that I wasn’t the only one. On one visit alone, I watched 7 or 8 people walk out before me—just giving up out of frustration because nobody was being assisted properly. The staff are unbelievably slow, indifferent and nonchalant, and it shows. At one point, two employees were helping one customer while a long, unmoving queue of people waited with no explanation and no urgency from the staff. It is beyond unprofessional. If you value your time or sanity, avoid this branch completely. MTN Norwood Mall truly sets the standard for how not to treat customers.
