zero star for your pathetic service and unprofessionalism

Mtn/mondo is useless. Do people at the call centre even know what they are doing. Everytime I speak to someone different they have a different story to tell me about why my home wifi Sim card is not Rica'd. My calls are escalated everyday but nothing ever comes out of it. Can still nonsense be cancelled and pay my full refund.
