Zero Star for MTN

MTN has fallen to new lows… Absolutely the worse service ever!!!! Went to MTN branch in Irene to upgrade my contract. They had no stock or options on I-phones and did not try to help get what I wanted. The staff wants to force you to just to take what they have on hand to get rid of you. I said I would wait for a black I-phone 16. Never heard back from MTN, phoned numerous times and left messages for the agent who assisted me. Every time the staff said he is busy with a client, in the bathroom or on lunch and will phone me back. Turns out the agent left the branch more than a month ago, but they still tell me he will phone me back. Found out the upgrade was cancelled. Had to go through the whole process again and was assured by the agent since he moved to head office there is more options on colors and a I-phone 16 in black will be delivered. Could not deliver to my work, and I had to arrange for someone to receive the package at my house address. Just for the WRONG color device to be delivered!!!! You have one job and that is to provide a service! Very expensive and traumatic to get the worst service for something you did not even ask for! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!
