Zero Signal, pathetic customer service, DO NOT SWITCH TO MTN

<p>It has been over a week with numerous emails and Automated Responses insuring that I will hear back from MTN regarding my contract but still NOTHING. When they want your money or something from you they are quick to respond but if you have a complaint then ZERO response from MTN. My incident number is ********** 1 I expect a URGENT call. This is PATHETIC customer serivce and the worst service provider I have ever come accross.</p>
