Zero service = zero payment

I have contacted MTN several times. I have zero signal where I stay. They couldnt care less. SO now I have cancelled my debit order. I am sure now they will fight with me . Surely Zero service = xero payment. I have requested an invoice so i can pay for my handset for the remainder of my contract - no response. Can a supplier have a zero star rating - for zero service?
