Zero Service. They owe me money and I get no response.

I feel ****** by MTN. No service whatsoever. Firstly I attempted to cancel one of my contracts in February of this year *** I finally got contacted in July, to finally have it removed. I am still not sure of the current billing that I am receiving. But the worst part is since then I have not been contacted about the additional funds they have taken off my account on a monthly basis while waiting for someone to get back to me. I have exhausted my emailing, including their legal department and it seems MTN doesn't care about their clients. I still have a contract with them and I will be finding a new service provider once my contract is up. I will also stop the debit order with the bank as I have absolutely no faith in their ability to follow instruction. The worst part is I have been a good client for over 20 years. My advice to anyone is to not use MTN as their service provider. They have no interest in being professional or helping their clients, they want your money and nothing else.
