Zero service. Incompetence

If i could give 0 i would. Struggling for 2 weeks because they loaded the wrong data plan on my account. No one at customer service can help me because they keep arguing. I sent screenshots from my mtn app and the router, still they dont understand that the 60GB is not what i signed for. Will never reccommend mtn to anyone. Also switching my phone contract seeing as mtn employs those who cant understand basic english
