ZERO SERVICE FROM MTN

I'm still waiting for MTN to change my Voicemail lite to a full voicemail service. I'm getting messages telling me that the problem has been solved. No I'm still on voicemail Lite. One Month later and they can not fix the problem. Than I see I have received a messaged from MTN that my monthly subscription will be adjusted due to inflation, what is the use of a contract?

Kindly dial ##002# on your phone to cancel diverts that are set to voicemail lite. Please note that I will also give you a call to check if its working.
