ZERO SERVICE
I signed up with MTN on the 17th Feb. I have had one issue after the other. Have wasted endless hours making phone calls, sending emails, posting on Face Book and Twitter. I still have unresolved issues. I have HAD ENOUGH. I want someone with the authority to terminate my contract with immediate effect with NO cost implication to me.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused for the breakdown in service.
We've checked with our Vetting Department for an application as well as on our Billing system if there was a contract captured and there was no application captured with your ID number.
We see that you have not included the details of where or how the application was done.
