ZERO response to emails - ZERO service

Useless. Took out a data contact for my son and they didn't inform me I needed a specific modem to use sim. After activating and then being told the modem is wrong and thats the reason why the data doesn't work - I bought a new modem. Then they tell me we didn't use the contact soon enough after activation and I must cancel contact and pay penalty fee's. I send email after email after email and not a single person at customer care replies.
