ZERO response from Customer Care

Why is it impossible to get any service? I've been e-mailing MTN Customer Care for 2 months now with NOT EVEN ONE REPLY. ZERO RESPONSE!! Seriously. Is this what service has become in SA? ANC govt service delivery standards shouldn't be SA's business's stds.
