Zero Integrity, Lies and Ineptitude, Everywhere You Go!

MTN agent convinces me to sign a contract in May 2020 and pass up other deals on other networks. Takes 6 weeks to process and then denied what she promised in writing. Escalated to supervisor who makes further promises in writing then goes AWOL. Escalated to Executive Team who sends it back to the delinquents and 3 months later still no resolution. Zero accountability, zero integrity.. Just lies and ineptitude, everywhere you go!
