Zero feedback
I opened a new contract on MTN my choice 100 for R469 per month after upgrading from my previous Nashua mobile contract. For 4 months in a row I have been charged out of bundle. I have queried via customer support, MTN call centre. I even went into the Clearwater branch and still have zero feedback on my query. Very bad service.

Kindly be advised that you were not charged the out of bundle as there are no extra charges for data, calls or SMS. You were charged for H/W Fees, a credit of R413.16 was passed on the 11th of June 2015 which has reduced your current balance of R610.58 to R197.42 due on the 30th of June 2015.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
