Zero customer service

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted. I have made payment and still get restricted with my services. I have been a customer for about 20 years and MTN has made a lot of money just from me and cannot believe that your loyalty means nothing to a business like MTN.

I have sent multiple emails, tried calling so many times but I end up holding on for half an hour. I also resorted to sending an email to the CEO and still no response!

What would it take to get some help since Friday?
