Zero customer service at MTN

I went to the shop to buy a phone on contract on Wed, 29 July. I was told they would capture and call me latest on Saturday. I did not receive tje call, does it take that long to get a phone from MTN?

The lady who helped us was so unprofessional, she was busy talking to her colleagues while also attending to us. She didnt eve look at us!!

In a time like this when businesses are struggling to survive, i would expect MTN Forest Hill City to do better in retaining customers because there are so many options to choose from out there!!

I have to travel out of the province on Tuesday and i wonder if i would have received my phone by then or if i should just go to another service provider??
