Zero Customer service

I have called MTN customer service number 135 to ask for itemized billing on my contract number for insurance on the 8th of May 2020 and they’ve been sending me pillar to post everyday I call. its the 14 May 2020 today and i spoke to them and they telling me to wait another 5 working days even though i tell them it’s urgent. I am not happy at all, because I feel I’m being played for a fool.
