Zero customer care

On the 22nd of March 2021 , I took back my phone to MTN store for repairs , u was then informed that my phone will be fixed when 6 weeks , mind you this is a contract phone I'm unable to do anything without it ,I went back to check on it after 4weeks I was informed that it has gone to repairs but it's not back as yet they will call me when the phone is back . After a week they called me to inform me that that my phone will delay because they have been waiting for the part that must be replaced On the 30 of April I received a call that the store has moved and they will call me and tell me where to collect my phone , till today I'm still waiting ,I have been running around different stores trying to get help but I'm not getting any as things stand it looks like my phone is lost I'm paying for a device I'm not using ,this is what you get for paying your accounts and being loyal and understanding I'm feed up as it is ... With every person I call they just move me to the next person MTN has zero customer care .
