Zero customer care
Mtn does not deserve business. As soon as all my 3 contracts end , I’m done. Worst service ever!!! I’m still waiting on them for a query that is over 3 months old!!!

24 Jul 2018, 14:55Hi Ishie. I cannot retell you the story again. I’m still waiting for a response from your last interaction where you spoke of Mfundo whom I emailed documents relating to my issue. You have obviously forgotten even though you have not provided any help or feedback on the query. This is really a pain and you guys have not inclination of resolving problems. I asked if you could pls contact the Pavillion store so you can also understand the context of my query so it can afford you the opportunity to assist me but now here we are messaging back and forth with no way forward. I really don’t understand why I cannot get a straight answer.
