ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY MTN AND THE *********** DSV COURIER

I purchase the mtn home internet package with mtn and still have not received my package, they deducted the required amount from my account and now the parcel sits with couriers DSV who have non existent customer service. I was told that I need to get authorisation from MTN for manual verification and I called mtn by myself and was told there is no such thing by the call centre agent I spoke to, the courier is the one who approves manual verification, they are sending me from pillar to post, DSV ALSO SAYS ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM BUT MTN, BOTTOMLINE I PAID FOR THE SERVICE AND I EXPECT MY ROUTER TO BE DELIVERED!!!!!!
